Homemade Safrane Rice
This Safrane Rice I have named it like this only because I have brought some changes in the original recipe. I have combined Mauritian, Indian and Thai cuisine in it.
We always used to eat Safrane Rice which was originated from India but this time I wanted to transform it into a new one by adding different spices.
Everyone at home enjoyed eating it along with a red sauce curry or tandoori chicken. So, if you are looking for a new recipe, then try this one. I am sure you will love it too.
