So, just be grateful right now about something that you are thankful for and don't forget to jot it down in your Gratitude Journal so that you don't forget. 

You can be grateful for small things like the book you have got from your friend as a gift which has inspired you so much or it can be larger like the person who has helped you a lot or even more than that.
