It is very tasty and great for the Summer Season. You can drink it chilled too. I am going to share the recipe with you today and I am sure you will love it too as it is very easy to prepare.

Panakon Water Recipe

Ingredients

1 tbs of Tamarind Pulp
1 tsp of Cardamom Powder
1 ripe Banana
1 tbs of Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp of Ginger paste
Sugar to taste
1.5 litre of Water

Instructions

  1. Peel and crush the ripe banana with a fork or you can even put it in a blender. You can add a little water in it so that you can blend it well.
  2. Put water in a jug up to 1/2 level of the jug.
  3. Now, add the crushed banana, cardamom powder, tamarind pulp, lemon juice, ginger paste and sugar.
  4. You may add more water in the jug depending upon how much it can contain.
  5. Mix well.
  6. It is now ready to be served.

As you can see, Panakon is very easy to prepare. You can also keep it in the fridge.
