Ingredients
- 260 g rolled oats
- 1 3/4 cups mashed banana
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup, or honey
- 1 1/2 tbs vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Grease the loaf pan.
- Put the oats in a blender and blend until they become like fine powder.
- Then, add all the other ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- Turn the oven off, but leave the bread in the closed oven for another 10 minutes.
- Then, remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
- Now, go around the sides with a knife and finally invert it onto a plate.
