- Place the palm of your right hand at the top of your head for one minute.
- Take out your hand and relax your body.
- Make yourself comfortable.
- Focus at the place your hand was because you were able to feel the touch of your hand at the top of your head. So, it's easier for you to feel there.
- Focus there as long as you can.
- Don't try to think.
- Don't try to remember.
- Don't try to see anything.
- Only feel what is happening at the top of your head.
- Feel the energy in the process of accumulating at the top of your head.
- Then, feel what is happening in your head.
- Feel the energy entering your head.
- Go on focusing where the energy is.
- You will feel the energy expanding in your mind.
- Then, the same energy will flow in your entire body.
- After that, you will feel the same energy creating a layer around your body.
- Here, you will feel warmth at first and gradually, the temperature will increase.
- Be in that state as long as you can so that the Cosmic Energy can do its cleansing.
- After you have finished, stay seated and open your eyes slowly.
- Feel the state of your mind. It must, definitely, be peaceful.
