3. Living without emotions and being totally aware of what you are doing.
These three which are mentioned above are the steps that you have to go through in order to be totally aware. The last one which is to be totally aware helps you to deal with any situation spontaneously.
Here, you have already got rid of all the emotions that you have kept within you for so many years. You are totally empty from within. So, as you don’t have any emotion, you are more peaceful. Here, there is no emotion and no thought. You are totally peaceful and nothing can affect you.
Know that emotions are the products of your thoughts and your thoughts are the products of your mind. When you create attachment with your thoughts and emotions then they play with you. Here, you get drowned in them and you are not even aware that you need to come out from them.
