Are You Identifying Your Emotions The Right Way? - The Contents
Have you ever asked yourself whether you understand your emotions the right way or not? No, you don’t because your thoughts tell you that you are on the right track. So, when you think that you are on the right track then you just carry on with the way you used to live.
The fact is that it’s very easy to feel anything as far as emotions are concerned but it’s very difficult for many to understand them as well. This is because most people just define them as per what their thoughts tell them. They are not even aware about the truth that is found within them in depth.
So, the question here is that when you trust your emotions and when you have certain emotions which are making you feel uneasy, then how do you deal with them?
Do you even know how to deal with them rightly or do you just follow your thoughts again? Know that the more you trust your thoughts, the more problems you create for yourself.
There are many people as such who know that they have emotional toxic but still they don’t find it necessary to find out why they have them. They also don’t try to find out about how they have developed to such extent. Although they go on feeling uncomfortable, they just go on living with it. They don’t even try to come out from them.
This happens only because they don’t come to understand their emotions rightly. So, as you can see, first you create thoughts which are followed by emotions, then you get involved in your emotions that much that you are not even aware that you are living a fake life.
