What to do when you don't feel like being in a place but you have to be there?

This is an experience that many people are going through. There is no better place like home, right?

At home, you have all the comforts needed for you to relax and do whatever you wish to but when you go out, you feel like a stranger. This is because you are coming out from your comfort zone to get more and different kind of experiences. You don't even know what are the experiences you are going to get in certain new places.

So, what happens here is that when you are getting ready to go to that specific place, you create fear in you. This is because of uncertainty. You don't know how it will be like and what kind of people you are going to be in contact with.

So, due to many thoughts going on and on in your mind, fear is created. Once fear is there present, you start worrying. Just ponder on this. You haven't gone to that place yet but still how many things you have created already such as negative thoughts, fear, and so on.


Awareness

Know that if you can be aware and maintain that awareness, then anywhere you go is not a problem for you.

If you are in a place and don't feel like being there, it means that again you created a thought plus an emotion. The thought is of dislike which is a judgment and the emotion is of feeling not at ease.

When you are aware, then any place you are is your home. Being at home, you can do any activity with total concentration and neither thought nor emotion will be present.


What I mean by HOME here is that BEING YOURSELF.

You are your own home.

You just have to take your home wherever you go.
You will always feel at ease.

There will be no complaints, only acceptance and efforts in your activities.
