How To Make Oil And Sugar Free Oatcake In Microwave For Clean Eating
1 cup of Oats
3/4 cup of Water
3 tbs of Skimmed Milk
1 Egg White
1 tsp of Cinnamon Powder
1 tsp of Cardamom Powder
1/2 Apple (Optional)
1/2 Banana (If you want it sweet)
Instructions
1. Soak the oats in water for 15 minutes.
