You all know that you wake up from sleep every morning but waking up from your beliefs is different. 

Yes, when you were along with your beliefs, you were sleeping in a certain way because you were far from reality. It’s like a dream that cannot come true and is not true too. It’s a dream that will always remain a dream only.

So, why waste time and energy on that which cannot bring reality to you, which cannot make you prosper in life, which is not advantageous to you?

Be realistic, practical and also be ready to wake up from all your beliefs in order that you can face reality and be successful.

It is the same as when you open your eyes and see around you. You can see things and people but you can’t see them with clarity because beliefs create all kinds of judgment in you. Whereas without beliefs, you can see everything with clarity. It’s the right perspective for everyone.

If you are seeing the sun, then this is part of reality because it is what you are seeing and feeling too. It is part of reality because you can’t know the sun but you can see it from very far away. It’s not a belief that the sun exists because it is there present.

But there are many things that you don’t realize which doesn’t need to be seen rather you need to work on in order to get the required results.

It’s not that you don’t have them. You do have all the necessary powers needed for you to be successful in life. It’s just that you don’t know about them and also, you don’t know how to develop them for your own advantage.

If you go on believing then you won’t be able to realize your potentials and also know yourself.

Beliefs will be there always if you don’t take the right step to open your eyes and face reality. It’s not difficult to face reality if you motivate yourself to work on your self-improvement.

First of all, you need to discover the beliefs that are ruining your life, then you will need to get rid of them. I have written about it and you can read it here.

It’s after getting rid of them that you really are going to face reality. This will be a different perception for you. It is a different path that you are going to tread on with open eyes, that is, with clarity.

Beliefs are those which you think of being true whereas reality is truth itself. Reality doesn’t need your thoughts or emotions to appear so that you can be in action. Reality is just there for you to be connected to it so that you can be active spontaneously. It’s a light with maximum brightness plug-in so that you can see better.

So, facing reality doesn’t mean to come out from your comfort zone. In fact, what you thought to be your comfort zone was not indeed your comfort zone. It was only a prison in which you agreed to live in.

Your real comfort zone is where you do everything with total awareness. Here, you don’t have thoughts and emotions to depend upon. It’s easier to face life and reality with awareness.

Beliefs are just blindfolds. They prevent you from seeing in the right perception. They prevent you from having a deep understanding of everything.



So, how to wake up from your beliefs in order that you can face reality?

Here is what you need to do:

• Work on your awareness level so that your thoughts and emotions can be decreased until you have none. If you don’t know how to work on your awareness level, then read it here. Know that the more thoughts and emotions are decreased, you will find that you will start seeing with clarity and this means that your beliefs too will be decreasing gradually. Awareness is that sharp weapon which can kill everything that is ruining your life. You just need to be with it all the time. For example, it can kill your thoughts, emotions, beliefs, obstacles that are coming on your path to success, illnesses and more. It helps you to see reality as it is.

• Close your eyes and ears from all negativity. This will help you to stop opening your mouth for judging other people as well. It will also help you in accepting people and things as they are. You will decrease your beliefs about people and things. You won’t limit yourself as you will not be thinking and believing how they should be. You will be accepting them as they are even if you disagree with their point of views. This acceptance itself is a full stop to negativity. This acceptance itself is a great way to help you face reality.

• Stop listening to what people say about you. Start working on yourself and this way, you will be able to know yourself better. This knowing itself will make you stop believing in other people’s point of views about you. You will face your own reality. You will see yourself as you are, not as per what other people define you. When you know yourself, then facing reality becomes so easy.

In fact, there are many things that you can do in order to wake up from your beliefs and face reality. For the time being, if you practice what I have written above, you will start seeing improvement in yourself. So, get to work now.
