Know that the first thing that problems create in you is stress and if you nourish your problems then definitely you are going to attract more diseases.

There may be difficult situations in your life where you find yourself stressed and you don’t know what to do. So, the first thing to do is to get rid of that problem so that you are not affected mentally, emotionally and physically. It is here that you need to develop coping mechanisms.

You may be trying to cope with them, but are you coping with them rightly? Have you not failed many times or even felt weak and unable to cope with them?

This is why you need to know how to cope with these difficult situations rightly so that you become stronger and problems don’t arise in your life. By taking a stress pill, you won’t be able to get rid of your problems. So, this is why you need to face the problems and get rid of them in such a way that they don’t come to affect you again in future.

There are several ways in order to develop your coping with problems. It may be that there are things that you are not doing well and that is why problems arise. Here are some of them:

1. You Are Not Managing Your Time Rightly


You have too much to do and little time for that. This causes problems for you as you are not able to cope with all the tasks given to you. There are so many times as such that you are not able to meet the deadlines too.

In the rush to complete the tasks as quickly as possible, you tend to make lots of mistakes and then too, you are not able to finish them at the given time. It is so stressful for you and you can feel that your energy is draining as you feel too exhausted.

Even when you are at home, you are not able to focus on your family and you are not able to have a sound sleep too just because you go on thinking about those problems.

So, what you need to do here is to improve your time-management skills.

• Don’t let yourself get drowned in the same method that you were using your time before.

• See to it that you work on your priorities first and organize your time in such a way that you are not stressed at all.

• You need to know about your capabilities and abilities. Just by not knowing about them well, you have the impression that you are weak and you are unable to do certain things in life. This is because you have set up this type of mindset in you and you are not even aware that you can liberate yourself from it in order to live a better life.

• Do all your tasks while being aware. This will help you in not committing mistakes and not wasting time on your thoughts as you have the habit of thinking while working.

• Find out what is wasting your time. There may be some other things that are wasting your time and you haven’t paid attention to. It may be that you go on entertaining yourself in gossips or even with unnecessary things which take a lot of your time. So, this means that you must use your time wisely and you will find that everything will be fine.

2. You Are Not Working On Yourself To Avoid Problems


There must be many times as such that you know you are going to do things which are going to attract problems for you but you still do them. So, just stop doing that.

• Work on yourself so that you can avoid problems from arising in your life.

• Be aware always of what you are doing.

• Focus rightly and totally on whatever you are doing.

• By avoiding problems, you will find that you become more and more aware of your actions. You know what you are doing and you are also ready for the consequences too.

3. Don’t Expect


Expectation is one of the greatest obstacles in your life. There are many things as such that you expect in life and when things don’t happen as you expected them to happen, you feel sad, angry, upset, inferior, and more. When you are with these feelings, you tend to create problems for yourself.

You have the habit of expecting these things:

• Other persons to understand you.

• To get your most wished gift.

• Other persons to read your thoughts and emotions.

• To get your most wished job.

• To pass your exams.

• To get married to the one you love.

• To have the best car or the most beautiful house.

• To be rich the soonest possible.

• To get things easily without any hard work.

• To get things for free.

• To have good health.

• To have a child.

In fact, the list is very long and you know what? The more expectations you have, the greater sufferings you create in you.

Why don’t you realize that you don’t have to expect anything in life?

I am not saying that you don’t have to have your most wished job or become rich or even to get your favourite car. What I want to make you understand here is that don’t expect anything to happen to you rather make them happen. You need to just make the effort needed to get the things you want in life.

Just eliminate expectations in your life and add motivation, self-discipline, hard work, total awareness, total focusing and determination instead. You will find how your life is transformed for the best.

Expectation is just a feeling which makes you feel good and makes you dream about many things but know that it is not real. You are creating another world for yourself and it is the world of illusion.

So, never expect rather be practical in life.

Come out from the world of illusion and work hard in fulfilling all your dreams.

You have everything in you already which you can use to fulfil all your dreams. You just need to use what you have and work on them.

Once you have discovered and developed your coping mechanisms concerning your problems, you will find that everything becomes so easy and you are at peace with yourself.
