Know that your future always depends on your present. If you are working on both your bad habits and motivation in the present, then know that your future will be bright. That’s why you need to focus totally on your present and forget about your future.

Regardless of what bad habits you have, you need to eliminate them in order to create motivation in you. Right habits are part of your motivation:

Meditation: Motivation is increased when you meditate regularly. Meditation helps you to increase your inner strength which is then channelled to different inner powers such as concentration, motivation, and even more than that.

Concentration: Working on your concentration level helps you to stick to your goals and get rid of unnecessary distractions.

Awareness: A boost in motivation happens when you are totally aware. Awareness helps in getting rid of your thoughts and emotions which appear when you are working on your goals as they disturb and distract you.

Dedication: Motivation is increased when you are dedicated to the goals that you are working on. You will find yourself enjoying what you are doing and thus, it increases your motivation even more.

Determination: Motivation boosts up when you are determined to complete your goals. Determination is that inner power which can’t be moved by whatever distractions that come in your way. It makes you stay focus totally on your goals and also makes you stick to them till to the end.
