- Sit comfortably and close your eyes.
- Feel yourself.
- Concentrate on your inner strength. If you don’t know how to concentrate on it directly then this is the best way to do it.
- Concentrate on your breathing, inhale and exhale. But here, your concentration must not be on your breathing only as it has to be in your inner strength.
- So, here you need to send your concentration to the background of your breathing system.
- When you inhale, focus totally on the power at the background which is making you breathe. The same, you have to do while exhaling.
- Therefore, as you can see here, you do not need only to focus on your breathing rather on the power which is making breathing happen for you. Do like that as long as you can.
- You will find that your inner strength level will go on increasing and this way, your motivation too will increase instantly.
2. Concentration Technique
- Sit comfortably and close your eyes.
- Concentrate at the Third Eye.
- When you concentrate at the Third Eye and if your focusing is total, then you will feel the inner strength at the back of your Third Eye.
- Now, when you have felt your inner strength there, stop focussing on your Third Eye and rather focus on that inner strength.
- Go on focussing there as long as you can.
- You will find that the intensity of your inner strength will be increasing which will boost your motivation too at the same time.
3. Goal-Setting Technique
- Sit comfortably and close your eyes.
- Focus on the goal which you want to start working on.
- You have the idea about it and you are aware that it is there at your Third Eye.
- Here, you need to give intensity on that goal. This means that you need to give intensity to that idea which is your goal.
- As you go on giving intensity to it, you will find that instantly you are ready to start working on it.
This is a great boost to your motivation.
