First, you should know that there are two types of Energy Healing. One who is in the Supreme Awareness State and the other is the one who practice Reiki. As for Reiki, I know nothing about it. So, I will not talk about it here rather my topic will be mainly on those who are in the Supreme Awareness State.

- You should never work for the aim to get inner powers. One's aim must be on only one's destination and this destination is the Supreme Awareness State which is also called Pure Consciousness. Once in this State, then all the powers flow spontaneously one after the other. So, on this path you must not wander here and there. You must concentrate directly to your aim.
- You must meditate regularly and absorb Energy in order to increase your Awareness Level. First, you must feel Energy and know how it flows. Feel it, be with it. Then later, you will be used to it. When you have settled in it then you will come to know about how it regulates its intensity. You will notice that each time the intensity of energy will not be the same. It will go on increasing as per your receptivity. During this process, when the Awareness level has reached its ultimate level, then Cosmic Energy flows easily without any obstacles. In fact, it overflows because the physical body is too small for it. So, it covers the physical body along with an unlimited Aura expansion. It is beyond imagination because only those who are in this State know all the inner mysteries. They are the one who are in it permanently.
This Healer can heal anyone at any time and at any place. In fact, he or she is the one who contributes in sending the Energy in the Universe where needed.
