You cannot say that you have never experienced anger in your life because that will be a lie. In fact, everyone has experienced anger but not everyone understands it. People take anger to be natural and therefore, they don’t try to find out how to understand the anger that appears in them and how to even stop being angry.
It’s not that when you are angry, you just do whatever is there in your mind and that would be right. In fact, most people have experienced a disastrous outcome from anger and still, they let anger master themselves whenever it appears.
