Have you ever noticed how many thoughts you have in a day? You will be really surprised if you pay attention to the quantity. Top of that, you have more negative thoughts which are ruining your life gradually.
I know that it has been a habit for you to think as you have been thinking since childhood but the fact is that you don’t know that some habits are there in order to create problems in your life.
Therefore, when you are not aware of the bad consequences of this bad habit of yours, then you continue on thinking about anything whether it is good or bad. Here, you don’t know what effect these thoughts can do to you, first to your mental health, then to your emotional health and finally, to your physical health.
Understand that your thought process is nourished by you. What you see, hear and speak create more and more thoughts in you. You then nourish them more which, in return, come into sequences to suffocate you at the end.
When this suffocation happens, then it creates depression. In fact, you think negatively a lot and then, these negative thoughts create negative emotions. Finally, these negative emotions then scare you and it’s like a circle, you go on creating more negative thoughts again.
You are so busy with these negative thoughts and negative emotions that you forget about the life you have to live. This is where you suffocate yourself and you are depressed.
This means depression is here and it’s not all. You need to know what happens next.
In fact, the state of depression you are now has put you into such a state where you feel suffocated and it lowers your self-esteem too.
