How To Be Aware Of Your Anger

How To Be Aware Of Your Anger
Well, you may say that you know when you are angry but the fact is that you are not aware of what you do while you are in anger. It’s like anger is out of your control. Your mind overpowers you here. This is why you always react a negative way and later, you regret your actions.

In fact, many people find it very difficult to be aware of their anger and this is only because they don’t know about the process of anger. They have never tried to find out what triggered their anger and what to do so that anger does not appear again.

Are You Aware Of Your Anger?

How To Be Aware Of Your Anger

The problem with many people is that they have a limit as far as anger is concerned and this limit is to only know that they were angry and that’s why they reacted that way.

In fact, they have so many excuses in order to prove themselves right here. It’s always about the other person that you become angry. You don’t even realize that anger is in you not in the other person. Your reaction is your own not of the other person. So, why blame others when you are the one who is eager to hurt yourself?

In fact, they didn’t even try to find a solution so that they don’t have to be angry again and also they don’t have to bear the consequences after that. They limit themselves in such a way that all their life they have to be like that only.

They either don’t want to know about how to improve themselves both from within and in the outer world or they are unaware that self-improvement is possible.

Know that without self-improvement, it’s very difficult to be aware of your anger. You can know that you are angry but you are not aware when you are in the process in creating anger in you and how you nourish it in order for you to react in a very bad way later.

You are not even aware that you are in the process of being destructive to yourself. You are not aware that you are in the process of creating a negative field of energy in and around you.

It’s only when the damage is already done that you realize how bad was your reaction, but why does it have to be like that? Why do you have to create such a situation where you will be full of regrets afterwards? Why do you have to react in such a way that you don’t only hurt yourself but you also hurt others at the same time?

I know it’s neither pleasant for you nor for the people around you and this is why it’s very important for you to work on your awareness level regularly.

This way, you will first be aware when anger is in the process of appearing and you will also know what you have to do instantly in order to kill it.

Here, there won’t be any reaction nor will there be any negative thoughts or any other negative emotions in you.

This means you won’t flow along with the game of your mindset rather you will know what triggered that anger in you and you know that you are the one who has to take this responsibility.

You know that whatever emotions that emerge from you, you are the one who created them. So, nobody is at fault when these emotions emerge and you react.

This deep understanding is very important for you because this is what makes you grow from both within and on the outer level. You will be able to see with clarity and you won’t react as per your thoughts. Instead, you will always act as per Awareness.
