What does it mean to be comfortable and to be uncomfortable for you?
I know that everyone wants to be comfortable and also everyone dislike being uncomfortable. Have you ever asked yourself why? Why does it happen that you know what is comfortable and what is uncomfortable for you?

You have taken it just as normal and I know that you haven’t gone into depth in knowing why it happens to you. You will find that you also have likes and dislikes and when you are comfortable, you like it whereas when you are not comfortable you dislike it.
So, it’s a process here which connects comfort to like and discomfort to dislike. Don’t take them to be from the same source. Here, I mean when you are comfortable and not comfortable, it’s from another source whereas when you like and dislike, it’s from another source.
It’s very important for you to know the process then only you will come to understand how it works and when you have come to know how it works, you will find that you have mostly wasted your life in spending time making choice. It’s like you are looking for something somewhere else when it is here with you but you can’t see it.
You will notice that sometimes people can’t see that which is nearest to them but still they can see things that which is far away. It’s just because they have the habit to spend more time in the outer world rather on themselves.
Know that likes and dislikes are targeted to the outer world but where does they come from. Definitely, they come from within you. The same happens with comfort and discomfort but you are not aware of it. So, if you have to take charge of your likes, dislikes, comfort and discomfort then you will have to start from yourself.
Know that everything starts from you only. It doesn’t start from the outer world. So, it’s very important for you to learn first how to be comfortable with discomfort and how to like that which you dislike.
