Many people think that taking good care of themselves means having good health or even having good looks. So, this means, if your thoughts are telling you that you are in good health, is it really that you are in good health? Know that it can drag you to a misconception. You will have to know what your body needs. You will have to hear the alarm of your body where it tells you that there is something wrong here and it’s time for you to fix it naturally.
The fact is that your thoughts make you neglect yourself and you are not even aware of it. You go on continuing with the flow of your thoughts blindly until you feel suffocated and feel that you are going to die. Do you know that it’s your mind that suffocates you? Your brain is the one which works incessantly in order for you to be functional but your mind doesn’t want so and it goes on sending all sorts of thoughts so that you go in its flow only and take your brain for granted.
