  1. Sit comfortably and close your eyes.
  2. Concentrate on the baby in your womb. Even if the baby is not yet well developed, still focus totally in the womb.
  3. Bring total concentration there and don't divert yourself to your thoughts. If you become aware of thoughts, then focus totally again in your womb.
  4. By concentrating totally on your baby, you will be sending him energy and protecting him too. You will also increase your awareness level along with your baby as well.
  5. Concentrate there as long as you can.
Practice this meditation technique as often as you can.

Meditation Techniques For Pregnant Women To Practice While Being In Other Activities

It's not that you can meditate only when you sit and close your eyes. You can also meditate wherever you are. You can be busy with your activities and still meditate but this time with opened eyes.

Here is the meditation technique that you can practice while being busy with other activities:

  1. When you are busy with any of your daily activities, then be aware of your baby who is in your womb.
  2. You should focus first on your baby, watching him, feeling him within and at the same time, focus on what you are doing.
  3. Don't forget that you are carrying your baby while you are doing your daily activities. So, priority must be on the baby first, then come your activities. It's not easy to focus on two things at the same time but here you will have to manage.
  4. See to it that you can feel what your baby needs and that also anytime and anywhere you are. You have to bring a very sharp connection with your baby. Your connection must not be only on the physical level but also on the Awareness level too. Be aware of his every moves and his needs. This means when he is hungry, you will feel hungry too. So, don't ignore this hunger and have something immediately. You won't like to make your baby starve, right? This way, you must be aware of whatever he needs because he is depending totally on you only. It's you who is going to give him everything he needs.
  5. When you are walking, see to it that you are walking very carefully thus protecting your baby.
  6. Stay away from gossips and people who are negative. This will drain both your energy and your baby's energy too.
  7. Don't go where it is crowded because in a crowd, they release their thoughts and emotions too and a baby is very easy to absorb them. You too will attract them and this is not good for both of you.
  8. Don't go where the vibes are too negative, where the atmosphere is heavy because then you and your baby will not feel at ease. Your energy and your baby's energy will be drained.
  9. Sleep when you feel sleepy because your baby too needs rest. When you are moving, your baby is aware of all your movements. So, this way, he cannot rest.

Why These Meditation Techniques For Pregnant Women Are The Best?

I found that there can't be a better meditation technique than this one. This is because pregnancy is the most beautiful experience that a woman can have and if one meditates at the same time, then both the mother and the baby will be enjoying a peaceful life together.

When you meditate during pregnancy, this increases both yours and your baby's awareness level.

Pregnancy Tips

Don't be in the illusion that when a woman is pregnant, she has to only look after her health along with the baby's health only. It's not that she has to look only of what she is eating and drinking and the precautions she has to take during pregnancy.

In fact, you must also look after your mental health too.

Pregnancy Tips

The fact is that, it is very important that pregnant women take into consideration that they must be in such a state where nothing can affect her and her baby too.

These are some pregnancy tips which will help you:

  • Make sure that you must not be worried, stressed, angry and so on.
  • Make sure that you do not create negative thoughts and negative emotions too. By doing so,  you will create a very bad effect on both yourself and your baby. Only meditation techniques will help you in this.
  • Make sure that you have a balanced diet.
  • Make sure that you do not watch any horror movies or documentaries which are horrible.
  • Make sure you take all the precautions necessary while being in activities.
  • Make sure you drink enough water.
You may not know it but the fact is that when a pregnant woman goes through all these mentioned above, then she is also creating illnesses in her. This way, the baby too will be affected.

In fact, not only illnesses, the negative thoughts and the negative emotions will also affect both the mother and the baby. It's not going to be only when the baby is in the womb but these will be following him after birth too. He will be affected both mentally and emotionally.

So, those who are pregnant, this is the time when you have to consider a lot of things if you really want your baby to be safe and become the one who tread on the right path always.
