Laziness is the trick of your mind. It’s not that your body is not fit to do any task. It’s, in fact, your mind which normally gives orders to you and here, it is creating a thought in order to tell you that you need to stay idle and don’t do anything.

Therefore, listening to your mind means putting yourself into problems and not achieving any goals in life.

Don’t ever think that it is your body which wants to be lazy. In fact, your body is controlled by either your mind or your awareness and if you choose your mind to control your body, then this is what happens to you.

You see yourself lagging behind when others are being successful in whatever goals they set for themselves.

Know that when awareness controls your body, then also you will feel like being lazy but it’s not laziness really rather here, awareness is ordering your body to stay still so that more energy can be absorbed. When more energy is absorbed, more cleansing happens. Negative vibes are eliminated.

Furthermore, it’s not that you don’t have the will power to do a task rather it’s a single thought which is blocking your motivation. If you can work on your thoughts and eliminate them, then you will find how easy it is to motivate yourself all the time.
