How I Learned Blogging - From Zero To Into Depth

Learn BloggingI learned to blog from very basic knowledge. At that time, I didn't know anything about blogging.

I started writing on the things I was interested in on Facebook first in the note section and also as updates every day. Once I started that, I felt that Facebook is not the right place to write as there were lots to write about.

Then, I came across Blogger as there were some posts which were posted on Facebook from others. I tried to make research on Google about it and finally came across the step to step instructions about how to blog for free on Blogger.com.

How I Learned Blogging - Writing On Meditation

I started with writing about Meditation as I was in that field mostly. The first Blog that I created on Blogger was Pure Consciousness. It was a basic one which I am not using now but it is still there.

I wrote a lot about Meditation and Meditation techniques because I had a lot of experiences and realizations in the same field. I just used basic knowledge at that time. Later, I found out that I could write for other great paid Websites, so I applied for some of them.

How I Learned Blogging - Writing For Squidoo

I got approved in Squidoo. In fact, it was via Squidoo that I learned a lot about blogging. Everyone knows how to write but in blogging, there are some ways that you have to write your post so that it can rank on Google.

This is where I learned so many things that I didn't know before such as Html Codes, SEO tips, Page Rank, Categories, Keywords, Linking, Affiliate Programs and more. It was so great to work for Squidoo as there were so many perks which boosted me to write more posts.

I used to write often. I also learned that updating posts regularly bring those posts alive again and are easier for the search engine to find them. At Squidoo, I had the opportunity to come across so many great Lensmasters.

All the posts we were writing were called 'Lenses'. So, the one who writes on Squidoo were Lensmasters. I was paid for the lenses I created as per the traffic they were attracting and also as per the products included in the lenses which were sold. It was an amazing platform to work with but after some years it was closed and Hubpages took over.

How I Learned Blogging - Getting My Own Website

Then, later I decided to have my own Wordpress Website. I bought a domain name from GoDaddy and then hosted my domain on Wordpress.com. But after working for some time, I found that I need another host to host my website as there were many features which were missing. I was limited to some plugins, themes and so on.

Finally, I decided to host my website on SiteGround. I am still hosting my website on SiteGround and that's not all. I have more websites including a Gifts Website, a Toys Website, a Recipes Website on which I work regularly. I have another one too which is an Awareness Website where I give solutions to any life problems

In all these websites, I have written all the posts myself. I have developed them on my own by using free themes and also paid themes.

So, gradually I had been diving into the Blogging Pool and have learned a lot.

Therefore, if I can do it, then why not you?

In fact, anyone can do it.
