Know that it is your mental behaviours that determine what type of life you are living. If you are the one who just pacify yourself with those types of statements which are not real then know that it’s great time for you to improve yourself mentally.

When I tell you to improve yourself mentally, I am not saying that you are mad rather you have to focus on yourself so that you are not mentally disturbed. Know that your mental situation can ruin your life by creating many obstacles on your path and also by creating all sorts of diseases in you.

The fact is that there are many people who talk to themselves as if there is someone else who is hearing them and is going to give them solutions or answers to their questions. There are even those who just talk in order to pacify themselves when they do something wrong.

So, here they know that this action is wrong but still they do it and then, finally they pacify themselves so that they don’t feel guilty about it. They are not trying to work on themselves in order not to do wrong actions rather they are worried about the feeling of guilt.

The truth is that they have the fear of guilt and they don’t want to feel guilty. So, they have found a new way in order to get rid from it by just telling themselves that they are not wrong and whatever they have done they have their reasons behind them.

So, by doing so, they are just eliminating the feeling of guilt in them but this is totally wrong. By trying to eliminate the feeling of guilt, you are encouraging yourself to do more mistakes and more wrong actions. Know that the consequences that you are going to pay for these will be very heavy for you.
